Money flowing between glasses

Imagine 192 different glasses in a big table, all of them with different levels of a different liquids. Imagine that each of the liquids has a particular name and each glass has a different level of the liquid. There are also only three liquids that can be use to fill any glass, however some of them are connected. The name of the three liquids that most of the glasses will accept are Peter Dollar, Marie Euro and Kim Yuan, they are quite popular guys and they three have been fighting to see which one can fill more glasses.

There is a clause that allows all the other glasses to return back the liquid that they have received, however the clause says that they need to give a little more of the liquid that they have received, lets call this clause Jane Rate of Interest, yes she is married.

If  all the glasses whom received one of those three liquids, start returning back the extra liquid, plus Jane Rate of Interest, the glasses whom will receive back the liquid are going overflow, he is the last person that I want to introduce to the story, his name is Don Inflation. Don and Larry Unemployment are not very good guys and they’re always around the corner waiting to appear in the story, however I´m not going to talk about Larry today.

In the glasses there are some banks, who are in charge of taking care of the liquid, those banks depends from glasses or glasses depends on banks I´m really not very sure today.
